Seed Garlic By the Pound

Seed garlic is often hard to come by when it comes planting time in the fall. This year we are offering a presale for shipment in the early fall to gardeners across the US.

We are growing three different varieties:

• Spanish Roja Rocambole

• Chesnok Red Purple Stripe

• Through the Forest Farm Heirloom

All of these varietes are hardneck garlic (which means they produce a scape before harvest). The seed garlic is organically grown (we are actively working on organic certification) and will include 6 heads of garlic (approximately 45 cloves) in a mixture of the three varieties.

Through the Forest Farm Heirloom is a mixture of garlic that we’ve saved seed from farmers markets and grown out in various locations over the last 2-5 years.
